LOADING POP-UP

CHALLENGE

Relieve friction for users during the loading time between selecting a bus trip and reaching the checkout.

SOLUTION

Provide clear details in the pop-up about what's happening using simple and reassuring language.

CHALLENGE

Improve the user interface titles with text that helps the user navigate the checkout with ease and confidence.

SOLUTION

Change the titles to be more specific so they enhance clarity for the user.

CALL TO ACTION (CTA)

CHALLENGE

To eliminate hesitation for the user about what happens when they click "Continue".

SOLUTION

Make the CTA more descriptive and explain the benefits of clicking the button. Add detail so the user knows exactly what happens when they click the button.
