I initiated a "Customer Story" project while I worked at Busbud, a global bus travel site.
Every week, I shared one customer story with the entire company. I retold real customer stories, with a creative twist, to help everyone in the company think about the product from a user's perspective.
My goal was to keep the stories fun and entertaining so that my co-workers would want to keep reading them. The project was a success—the stories sparked conversations and ideas that contributed to improving our product.
This story was one of my favourites to write.
